Property Manager
Based Waterloo, London
Up to £32,000 + benefits

I am proud to be partnering with my client, an established property business offering specialist services in investment, sales, lettings and portfolio management. The company, which is run by its founders, was born out of their identifying a need for a change in the industry towards a more transparent and customer-focused approach. Their subsequent success and stellar reviews from developers, landlords and tenants are testament to this approach and due to business growth, they are now seeking a Property Manager to join their London team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to establish themselves in the company's second UK office and currently very small team, which is expected to grow significantly in the coming months.
The successful applicant will be process-driven, professional and will have excellent attention to detail. Communication, customer service and previous knowledge and experience within property management are all essential.
