An industry leading property consultancy is looking to add to their property management department, and are seeking an efficient, organised and customer service focused property professional to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well independently and in a team environment, but most importantly, they will need to be able to communicate with clients and staff in a confident manner, as well as have good organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
Effectively liaising with tenants - helping our client maintain the companies well standing reputation
The management of a portfolio of residential properties, including efficient and correct handling of problems arising during the tenancy
Manage the relationship with the landlord
Working with contractors for maintenance and repairs
Overseeing check-ins and check-outs as necessary and dealing with any arrears
Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment
