Duties include:
Conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Evaluating real estate development projects for feasibility and profitability
Provide expert advice and research in acquisition, finance and asset management
Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate across planning, finance and project management
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practice
Applications are invited from candidates with:
Degree or Masters in Real Estate, Finance or Planning and Development
MRICS professional qualification (preferable)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and appraisal techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Expert knowledge of regional real estate markets
