Regional Facilities Manager - JN74200

Cobalt is delighted to be representing a market-leading residential developer and landlord who boast a multi-billion-and-growing portfolio across the UK, as they seek to hire a Facilities Manager for their North-West portfolio. You'll take on a role with flexibility over your day to day diary and a portfolio tailored to your location, with Manchester as the central location. Managing a range of PRS and residential development, you'll form a crucial part of a close-knit high-performing FM team, having your voice heard and ideas implemented within a business that would catch the eye on any CV.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site visits and inspections of the developments within your portfolio;

• Ensuring full H&S compliance within your portfolio;

• Setting and managing service charge budgets;

• Managing the work of outsourced suppliers for both soft and hard FM delivery;

• Overseeing a robust planned and reactive maintenance programme, including necessary CAPEX works when they arise.

Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager from an established real estate background, with experience of managing entire buildings including common parts. It's essential that you have a UK drivers licence but a company car will be provided with the role. An IOSH qualification is also essential.
