Residential Surveyor

Position: Residential Valuation Surveyor
Location: London
Package: £50,000 - £75,000 plus bonus

Our client is a privately owned, established partnership that specialises in providing professional services mainly in respect of residential properties.

Due to increasing workloads and opportunities, they are looking for a recently Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join our team and assist with delivering and growing our Building Surveying business.

Our client is a small and growing successful practice with well-established links to an array of clients that have been developed over the last decade. The company is keen to offer the level of autonomy necessary for the successful candidate to put their own stamp on the business. As well as being given the opportunity to move up to Director level.

This role is to provide a mix of residential and commercial surveys and residential valuation work to a range of clients.

Suitable applicants will have proven experience and be able to undertake Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports, and Valuation. Experience of Party Walls and lease extensions would be an advantage.
