Senior Fund Accountant

Cobalt is currently recruiting for a Senior Fund Accountant to join an International Real Estate Investment management Firm. This client is an industry leading company in property sales & management, leasing, outsourcing and valuation.

This Senior Fund Accountant will be involved in every step of the client's open end European logistics fund. This fund is looking to expand into further entities, jurisdictions and currencies in the next two years.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing corporate and fund forecasts

• Collating and preparing financial data for stakeholders

• Assisting with audit and producing financial reports

• Cash & Expense Management

• Overseeing investor reporting and managing the deliverables by all parties

• Calculating fees (i.e. waterfall)

• Compliance Management

• Debt Financing

What we are looking for:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified

• Experience of Audit/Transaction services with large accounting corporations

• Working knowledge of Real Estate investments

• Multi-jurisdictional experience would be desirable
