Senior Property Administrator

My client is a leading property company, who are looking to employ a Senior Property Administrator on an initial 6-month contract to assist with the management of their high-end commercial portfolio. The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and will have an eagerness to learn. The role will include; undertaking the turnover rent management and calculations for designated occupiers/ properties as well as providing property administration support on a number of assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining turnover rent systems, information and reporting at tenant and property level

  • Occupier/Tenant liaison including calls and meetings as required to obtain turnover information, payment of charges and other matters arising from designated occupiers and properties

  • Support delivery of the property management function and manage operational issues to ensure satisfactory resolution, working closely with onsite centre management teams & Operations Team

  • Assist with service charge budgets and reconciliations, business rate management and insurance renewal process on designated properties

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in commercial property management

  • Ability to interpret leases and understanding of turnover rents

  • Good IT Skills - Property Management Database management

  • Good team player, with a positive attitude and eagerness to get involved

The salary provided will be up to £40,000 PA
