Due to the nature of the roles, our clients expect candidates to be able to conduct feasibility and viability reports, and have design and planning skills. Our clients are also looking for those who are skilled with development appraisals. Cobalt has extensive contacts in the market, particularly the PRS and student accommodation sectors, so we can put you on the right track.
There is plenty of room for career growth in this role. Professionals can move into Development Management roles, where they will be involved in mixed-use and residential developments. Also, we recruit for Senior Development Managers to focus on large scale residential projects.
