About the Role
Cobalt are pleased to be partnering once again with one of the largest global Real Estate Consultancies in London. Due to growth, they are seeking a Senior Surveyor who specialises in Commercial Property and Asset Management.
This role offers a brilliant opportunity to work with a large pension fund client and will involve reporting directly to the Investment Manager on the maintenance and performance of the portfolio. You will also gain experience across various asset management responsibilities such as lease renewals, rent reviews, investor reporting and budget and forecasting.
The ideal candidate for this role would be an existing Surveyor or new Senior Surveyor who is looking to transition into a strategic role. This role focuses on trophy retail assets and industrial across the south therefore, due to the nature of the client, retail and industrial experience is desirable.
Our client offers superb learning and development opportunities with clear career progression to Senior Surveyor or Associate. They can also support the APC and cover the costs.
Hybrid working pattern 3:2 split.
Candidate must have a valid UK driving license.
Salary - £50,000 per annum plus £4,000 car allowance and discretionary bonus.
